ABOUT
I'm Tyler Wiebe, From south-eastern Manitoba. I currently live in Steinbach Manitoba. I am a recent graduate of Trinity Western University with a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science. Growing up, I loved playing computer games, which resulted in me wanting to make my own games. From that desire, I found a love for software development.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
-
Quick to Learn New Topics - When I was working under Dr. Tsang as a Research Assistant, I found myself needing to learn countless things in a very short time frame. Over the course of 12 weeks, I taught myself C++, the field of RNA prediction and design, SSH, Remote Command Line, Linux, and Simulated annealing.
-
Leadership through action - A great example of my leadership capabilities would be my experience as a project manager of three different game development projects I was a part of at TWU. In all three group projects, I stepped in as a leader to help keep the team on track.
